• Savings: The cost reductions achieved by the Company on behalf of the Client through the procurement process.
• Contracts: The agreements made between the Company and third-party suppliers on behalf of the Client for the procurement of goods and services.

3. Service Description

We provide Procurement as a service, including but not limited to sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services on behalf of our clients ("Client", "you", "your").

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
